Sherri is married with three beautiful kids, her family travels to the beautiful beaches of Puerto Rico yearly. Sherri has been a horseback rider her whole life. She enjoys hiking with her dogs, swimming and crossfit.

Pets

Sherri has two golden doodles named Pumpkin and Riley, as well as chickens.

Lori has been a part of this office 25+ years as a licensed orthodontic assistant, Professional Relations Coordinator, and Treatment Coordinator. She earned her Dental Assisting Certification from Springfield Technical Community College.

Lori is the liaison between our practice, the patients, and the referring offices. She is responsible for the smooth transition of new patients into our practice by her commitment to clearly presenting the treatment plan options, providing cost estimates, arranging payment plans, and researching insurance coverage for the patients. Lori works closely with the doctor and she will establish a relationship with the patient/parents to ensure they are well informed and their treatment runs smoothly. Lori also executes the marketing activities of our practice for example contests, events and sponsorships.

80’s, rock, and country.

Spare Time Activities

When she is not working she is usually spending time with her family. Lori and her husband have three grown daughters and four grandchildren. Lori loves relaxing by her pool or at the beach in the summertime.

Hobbies

Decorating, houseplants, reading, antiquing, and camping.

Pets

Three cats and a mini poodle.

You’ll see Erin’s smiling face almost any time you interact with our front office team. She schedules appointments, answers the phones, and makes sure appointments flow smoothly. She has been part of this office since early 2000’s.

Erin loves watching our patients’ self-confidence increase as their smiles change.

Spare Time Activities

Outside of work Erin enjoys spending time with friends and family especially her kids, Shea and Patrick. You’ll find Erin watching college football or basketball as well as the Cowboys , Celtics and the Bruins.

Emma has been an Orthodontic Assistant for the past 2.5 years and truly enjoys helping patients feel confident in their smiles.

Spare Time Activities

Snowboarding, fishing, and spending quality time with her friends, family, and dogs. One of her favorite places to visit is Aruba, where she loves relaxing and making memories.

Madisyn has been a Dental Assistant since 2003. She went to Porter and Chester Institute  She joined us at Sturbridge Orthodontics in June 2024. Her favorite part about working in orthodontics is seeing the transformation in our patients smiles and confidence.

When she is not at the office Madisyn enjoys reading, pilates classes, vacationing in Maine in the summer & spending time with her family and friends.
