Dawn Leandres – Orthodontic Assistant

Dawn has been part of our team since March 2011, but her career in dentistry and orthodontics began in 1980 after she earned her dental assisting certificate from Assabet Valley Regional Technical School in Marlborough.

She loves getting to know our patients and being part of their path to a great smile they will enjoy and be proud of.

Dawn and her husband Jeff have two sons and two grandchildren.

Scheduling Coordinator

Erin Warner Coleman – Scheduling Coordinator

You’ll see Erin’s smiling face almost any time you interact with our front office team. She schedules appointments, answers the phones and makes sure appointments flow smoothly.

Erin loves watching our patients’ self-confidence increase as their smiles change. She joined our practice in January 2009.

This mom of a son and daughter loves Boston sports teams, especially the Bruins. She spends much of her spare time driving her children to their sports activities. Her hobbies include reading, cooking, gardening and playing sports with her kids.

Certified Orthodontic Assistant

Jeanine Healy – Certified Orthodontic Assistant

Jeanine became a part of the Sturbridge Orthodontics team in January 2015. She earned her dental assisting certificate from the David Hale Fanning School of Health Occupations in 1977.

One of the biggest rewards of working in an orthodontist’s office is seeing cases to completion, Jeanine says. She also loves the people she works with, and the age group of the young patients she works with.

Jeanine and her husband Scott have been married since 1977. They have two daughters and two grandchildren.

Treatment Coordinator, Professional Relations Coordinator

Lori Alexandrovich – Treatment Coordinator, Professional Relations Coordinator

Lori joined our office in January 2009, and she wears a couple of hats. As a treatment coordinator, she is responsible for the smooth transition of new patients into our office. In her role as professional relations coordinator, she executes marketing activities outside the practice and promotes in-house contests and activities for our patients to participate in.

She earned her dental assisting certification from Springfield Technical Community College in 1993. She began working in orthodontics 1991.

Lori loves the upbeat atmosphere of our office, and she enjoys getting to know our patients and their families. She loves to see our patients’ beautiful smiles at the end of treatment.

Lori and her husband Jason have three daughters (Tasha, AlyssaBeth, and Amanda), three grandchildren (Emylia, Ava, and Grayson), and three kitties (Rascal, Misty, and Lillie).

Robin Temple – Dental Assistant

Robin earned an associate’s degree from Mount Ida College in Newton in 1980. She joined our practice in September 2009.

She loves working with kids and being a part of giving them a beautiful smile.

Robin and her husband Clay have two sons, and a yellow lab named Jack.

Orthodontic Assistant

Saciid Erkole Cabdulqaadir – Orthodontic Assistant

Saciid attended Boston Career Institute, where he earned his dental assistant certification in 2007. He became a part of our practice in January 2015. He counts his coworkers and our wonderful patients among his favorite aspects of his job.

Saciid has been married since January 2014, and he has three brothers and two sisters who live all over the world.

  • Favorite type of music: I love all types of music, but recently I’ve become addicted to music from the 1970s and 1980s, due to working with music fanatics of that era
  • Spare time activities: bike riding, playing pick-up basketball and soccer
  • Hobbies: I like going places that are fun, locally or internationally

Manager, Financial Coordinator

Sharon Power – Office Manager, Financial Coordinator

A member of our team since January 2009, Sharon oversees administrative functions, and practice and human resource management. She is responsible for ensuring each patient has an exceptional experience in our office.

Sharon loves getting to know the families that come to us for treatment, and building relationships with them. She describes our office as being like a small family.

She and her husband Bill have three daughters.
